In the end only myself, Geoff and Fluffy remained.
We walked behind takeoff to the fields that can be used for top landing and found that the wind was not actually very strong. It seems that the wind gets funneled between the trees at takeoff and seems much worse. Anyway, we setup and had easy launches.
We all got to the new flats at Sandown and back plus some other bimbling about and then top landed, ~45 minutes. It was very cool flying along the cliff tops with all the Sunday walkers taking photos of us.
Like John B found yesterday, i could have spot landed on the top of the lift.
